What a great experience. When we needed to relocate to another house in Oak Ridge, we were able quickly access a large, dry, and secure, unit at a great price. We had plenty of storage space to temporarily house most of our belongings, for several months (longer than originally anticipated, as usual), while we made sheetrock dust modifications to the new house. It made the transition so much easier knowing that our valuables were safe and clean somewhere else conveniently closeby, in case we needed quick access - 24/7. The friendly staff were always on hand to speak with, and worked with us on how long we needed to store our items, through the whole transition! Thanks Briarcliff Storage!! We'll be using your great services again VERY SOON!

Poor customer service. Usually, no one answers the phone. Moreover, there is no refund for time remaining on a rental.

Was on a waitlist for awhile but they called when something became available and I’m so glad they did. It was worth the wait. Check here first they’re the best.
