Bright's Moving

I had a horrible experience with using Brightside because I was missing my dresser and four boxes when my stuff was delivered. I tried to use the third party service they referred me to for the claim several times and was kicked out of the website each time. The Arrowhead company that they contracted to deliver my stuff took over a month to deliver my stuff. The driver was extremely rude and unprofessional and charged me $150 for stairs. He didn’t put my bed together correctly and there were also pieces missing from my bed. When I asked where my dresser was and the missing boxes he just took off and didn’t give me any information on how to get my items returned. I was trying to navigate the process and had several email exchanges with a woman from MapMoving and she never gave me any solutions or apology for the bad service I received from the driver that never left me an invoice and overcharged me. It was a nightmare of an experience and I would not recommend using a broker but would recommend using one company that can do the job correctly. I spent a lot of money for my move and having to spend much more on a lost dresser, clothing and kitchen items.

Moved me 7 years ago and did.an excellent job. Set up things perfectly and I was well pleased.
