Don't ever use this company BEWARE THEY STILL YOUR BELONGING

This company provided a door-to-door moving package which was seamless and very easy. Their sales and packing/pick-up team did a fabulous job. Their support team provides regular updates and then the destination team helps with final delivery.

Beware of this company!! They are scammers!!
I spoke with Lucas, who falsely claimed that they were a legitimate moving company, stating all their trucks had logos and that they take photos and inventory of items. After discussing everything with him, I paid the deposit and finalized an agreement to pay the remaining balance upon delivery.

On the day of pickup, the movers arrived four hours late in a $19.95 U-Haul truck. They gave me an excuse that their truck broke down, and they had to rent the U-Haul to complete the move. When I asked for their company name, they said it was Star Light Moving. They couldn’t take all of my belongings because the truck was too small and promised to return the next day to pick up the rest. However, I repeatedly called Bright Star, but no one answered, and the movers never came back.

I was forced to give away my $1,400 couch, leave my remote control bed base in the apartment, and throw away other items. The movers still have my king-size mattress, three flat-screen TVs, four poles to my canopy bed frame, and 20 boxes filled with kitchen items, clothes, and sentimental belongings.

Afterward, they began calling me to increase the price beyond the original agreement, also demanding half the money upfront, contrary to the initial deal of full payment upon delivery. Another company even contacted me asking for payment. After I disputed the deposit, Bright Star resumed calling me.

I’ve seen multiple reviews of others experiencing similar situations. I refuse to pay any more money until I have my items in my possession, fearing that, like others, I will pay and never see my things again. I have filed a police report and will be pursuing legal action.

WARNING WARNING WARNING Do not use this company. They give you an estimate, and then ask for 1/2 down as a deposit for the move, saying 1/4 more at pick up and 1/4 more at delivery. HOWEVER ! The estimate is fake - they subcontract out the job without you knowing and then a NEW estimate double, triple or even more of the initial fake estimate. THEN a week or more later, you find out your money did NOT go toward a deposit, but rather they are BROKERS and your money had NOTHING to do with the move. THEY ARE FRAUDS AND WILL NOT DISCUSS ANYTHING WITH YOU. Any 5 star reviews are fake. Just move your stuff yourself, or deal with a well-known mover. They are liars and then won't talk to you anymore. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE FLORIDA CROOKS. If they told you they were brokers - no one would pay them. The subcontracted movers do not pay to acquire customers --- ONLY you and YOU are not told the truth about what you are paying for. STAY AWAY... YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
They will, most likely, change names and keep ripping people off. If you ask questions - well, you will just be lied to. STAY AWAY.
Hopefully I will get all my things - they company that I'm really dealing with seems good, but ......
No one has told me how to file a claim if my goods are broken or missing, but they have all certainly demanded money.
DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER THIS COMPANY.... FRAUDS - THEY ARE BROKERS - LIE TO YOU AND HAVE NOTING TO DO WITH MOVING ANYTHING EXCEPT MONEY OUT OF YOUR ACCOUNT INTO THEIRS. BrightStar out of St. Lucie Florida - frauds and liars.
