Absolutely THE WORST! It started off great when I spoke with Lucas. Very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. After that it was a complete $hit$how! Once they got my deposit, everything changed. I gave them two preferred dates as required, yet I had to call them after several weeks to find out when they are coming so I could finalize my moving plans. Then I was told two days before pickup, someone would call me to finalize the inventory. No one called, so I called the afternoon before my move. The actual movers were quick, careful, and efficient; however, they did not tag the items or give me a complete inventory list before leaving. I will be shocked if I get everything. When I asked the driver about my delivery date, he just said someone would call me. They picked up my stuff on July 30 and as of today, I still am not on the schedule for delivery. Customer service is completely lacking and they are downright rude. I will update this review when or if I ever get my stuff. Thankfully I was smart enough to buy mattresses and have them delivered to my new home. We have been sleeping on the mattresses that are on the floor for over a month. I've made more moves than I can count in my life and the only time it took almost this long was for an overseas move. I've never had to wait more than one or two weeks for my stuff.

DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY! I was speaking to Linsey and Jade and the lack of communication/call backs was baffling. I was given a false estimate, I then was pushed off to new movers, forced to sign a new contract, and after repeatedly calling and texting Linsey, I was completely ghosted. Steer clear and I hope this company gets put out of business so that nobody else has to stay a week on a blow up mattress in their new apartment while their stuff is being “moved” if that’s even what you call this. Horrible value and horrible people, I’d give negative stars if I could
