They stole my 70 year old mom's money. They took her deposit and never moved her home. They will not respond and keep giving excuses that people who steal money make. Now my mom might have the home she bought destroyed because she trusted them to move it, but they never did and now the new land owners have the right to destroy. It's a terrible situation they have put my family through.

The only reason they should even get one star is because the workers that came out were very nice, with the exception of the supervisor that was there. They were very unprofessional and tried to rip us off. We finally had our home moved on the weekend of September 21st. Two weeks prior, they said they would be there to start breaking it down and the next day they would move the home. I took off work to make sure everything was packed in the home and we got a U-Haul so we could move our stuff the next day after they got the home moved and together. They were suppose to be there by 12 but didn’t get there until after 3 and the next day, they never showed up. We had already given them half the money up front to move the home. They wouldn’t answer our calls or text us back. When we finally would get ahold of them, they would say they would be there then not show up. We told them it was ridiculous and that we would find someone else if they didn’t want to move it and they told us that they would not give us our money back even though they hadn’t done anything yet for them to even get a payment. Once they finally started to move it, they had to do a little more than expected to move it. We understood and they added an extra $400 to the bill. Once they finally got it moved, they broke 2 of our windows and won’t fix them, didn’t cover it when they moved it and lost half our insulation and messed up the corner of roof on the front of the house. Before they finished putting the second half down and getting it together, they decided that they were going to go up another $600 on top of the $400 they already added. They said it was for the extra they had to do. We told them no since we had a copy of the paper we signed that showed the price we owed with the $400 already added for the “extra” stuff. They then threatened to take the half of the house they didn’t put down yet back with them and wouldn’t move the ac unit anymore. Mind you we still had the U-Haul because we didn’t know when they would actually move it which cost us about $500. On top of it all, they did not feed the workers all day while they were there, so we got them sandwiches so they could eat something. I would not recommend this company to anyone!! Steer clear of them and save yourself a huge headache!

Brooks mobile Home transport and Carrolls mobile Home transport deserves a five star rating for their quick professional and courteous services. I called them on Monday we met on the lot Tuesday in Fountain Inn. They had my home setting on the new lot in Pelzer on Wednesday, these guys know exactly what they are doing. They got it done quick and didn’t damage my home. I have a nephew that’s been waiting on Scruggs mobile for three months and they still don’t have a date to get moved. Brooks and Carroll are top notch, give them a call!!!

Dies not return calls. Say they'll do a job but don't reply.

Well they got out to my location first faster than the other guys I called can't say if the price is good or not cuz no one else has made it out here yet $700 to pick up and drop ...no tear down or set up
