brooks mobile home transport

Charles Brooks came to my piece of land , in Anderson sc ., on December 19 , and he asked me $ 2, 700.00 to muve my mobile home, that is in Greenwood to Anderson. ( without seeing the mobile home place and condition. ) and to start I have to give him $1,350.00 (the halve of the money and the other half , when the mobile home be in my land) and because my not experience in this business, I gave that money that day . And until now, February 5 , he has not muve my mobile home. The always excuses is that: it was raining, and my land is wet. It had been a hole week that was not raining, but he doesn't muve my mobile home, and now he never answer the phone when me or my son call him. I really don't know what to do, because I'm a retired person living in a fix-incom. , ( 70 years old ) and I really need the money I gave to him, to muve my mobile home.

He moved my mobile home from greenwood SC to Marietta SC. Everything went smooth and worked out great! He was the cheapest out of everyone we called in greenville and did everything on time. Thanks Brooks mobile home!

Been trying since JULY of 2020 to get my Mobile Home moved.
I've been told that he's got NO License to move Trailers and using the Setup people to get around the fact of NOT BEING A LICENSED MOVER. Don't waist your time even calling Brooks.
If I could give them ZERO stars I would. I HATE LIARS and that's all he is.

I M a older woman on my own n be didn't get a moving premit n didn't set it up to the Anderson County Codes Inspection is investigating He never got a moving permit to move it and then I have to stop and set up and tied down I can't do anything else to it until the inspection business are taking care of it and going to charge him but my son-in-law called him and he was just cussing my son-in-law out and staying dirty name that he did everything right but he didn't he took all my money was supposed to do a good job was supposed to have a moving permit was supposed to have all the codes of where how far from the line it's supposed to be it's crooked so please don't use this person don't let him take advantage of you like he did me now I'm sitting here my mobile home is up there set up I can't do nothing to it right now
