Brian moved us from San Diego to Casper and was great! Professional, courteous, thoughtful, and made what might have been an extremely stressful experience not so bad! I highly recommend him!!

I contacted Brian the owner of BSB Transport about moving us across country after reading the amazing reviews he received on Facebook. I was very nervous about the process of finding a mover after reading alot of horror stories but after talking to Brian I had complete peace about choosing him. He explained the process to me along with some great tips about packing and the best way to prepare for the move. He also said if we decided not to go with him that I could call him back with who we chose and he would make sure they were a reputable company and not a broker. I could tell off the bat that he cares and loves what he does and has great integrity.

We signed the estimate with a set price that would not change and payment would not take place until the job was done. There was no deposit and all the extras like furniture blankets, bands, and wrap were included. No hidden fees anywhere.

I contacted him months in advance so as we got closer to the move date he periodically check in on us. The day of loading, he showed up in his well taken care of beautiful rig along with a loading crew. The loading process was amazing as all our belongings were perfectly tetrised into the truck. Brian shared his GPS with us and checked in with us at least once a day. My husband, our dog and myself were traveling in our truck and trailer and Subaru and on the day we left utah, Brian called to let us know that there were high winds that were closing down I80. He helped rerouted us to I 70 so we avoided being stuck! He not only cared about getting our belongings to our new home safe but us as well.

Once we arrived to our new home Brian made all the arrangements for a new crew to come unload all our belongings. The whole process working with Brian was stress free, the drive itself across the country is another story! Lol

From start to finish Brian was right there with us. He went way above what we could ever expected or wanted. Having a business that is honest and cares for his clients the way he does is invaluable!

I just finished unpacking all our breakables and Im happy to say not one thing was broke! Thank you Brian!!!

BSB Transport owned and operated by Brian Bates was an excellent choice for us and our moving needs.
This was a big move after 46 years from the home we built in California. From the moment we first contacted Brian we were very comfortable working with him. He was extremely helpful and patient with our many questions. He explained the options of using a large truck (53’ semi) verses multiple smaller trucks, and mileage verses weight. His prices are done by mileage (round trip) and the price was a set price that never changed, this included crews to load and unload. We moved our entire household including our SUV, that also went into the back of the truck. Once he picked up our household, we were in constant contact with him. My husband and son drove our pickup truck across the country, he kept them informed of the weather and road conditions.
We were exceedingly happy with his services and highly recommend his moving company to others.

So if packing wasn’t so much work, we’d move every year just to use BSB Transport!! Brian is amazingly reliable, organized and keeps all lines of communication open and easy! He not only loaded up my 85 year old mom in CA, then coordinated a pick up of our load in Tucson, Az… moved all of us to VA…. But also helped us plan the best routes to take based on weather, recommended hotels… just made everything so easy! When he stopped for the night, he’d call or text to be sure we made it safe and sound and check in to see if we had any questions or concerns. If we could give Brian 10*** we would!!

We hired BSB for our cross country move based on a friend's ecomendation and we were not disappointed. This is by far the best moving company we have ever used. If there was a10 stars they deserve it. I can't say enough positive things about the owner of the company Brian. His immaculately clean transportation mode was amazing. He was very professional, organized, and knowledgeable. We appreciated his organizational skills, and critical thinking in problem solving. Brian included and informed us of the progress throughout the move. He showed such care and compassion which helped with removing our anxiety that usually accompanies this kind of move. We highly recommend this company and his owner.
