The minute I drove up to this facility, I knew it would be great! Vince was so friendly and kind. He even had fresh baked cookies ready for customers! The process was quick and easy, and my storage until is clean and the perfect size for my needs. I rented a 5x5 inside unit. It will be great for all my extras that won't fit in my apartment. The access to the place is convenient and right off Broad St (Hwy. 227) near the airport. Thanks again, Vince!

These guys were the absolute best. They make cookies for you once a month, always offer coffee and water, emphasize service and neighborliness, put up Christmas lights. I used a unit here for over two years and would sometimes stop the office by just to chat with their friendly employees. I also used Broad Street Storage for two months. They obviously are the knock-off of Buckley Springs. I moved out in May, but I forgot to leave a review. Thanks you guys. Shoutouts to Vince and Mikey.
