Update #3: Small claims case filed. Judgement for the plaintiff. FYI...business voluntarily dissolved as of March 5, 2021 according to Utah.gov.
Update #2: Still nothing resolved from all of the damage done to my belongings. It is quite extensive and the business has NOT done ANYTHING to take responsibility for their irresponsible actions! This is not over yet as I am working on the next step to ensure I am compensated for their negligence and I will be compensated legally! PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! Look at my photos for proof of damage! This isn't even remotely close to all of the damage that was done to my furniture!
Update: February 19, 2021 - Business/Clint did not give me any information for the adjuster after stringing me along for two weeks....instead I was contacted by an attorney/family member (Wells Wakefield) who requested that i give him the weight of my furniture damaged.. After I gave the correct weight of my furniture, only offered me $300! He stated my furniture could not weigh a total of more than 500 pounds. Well guess what Wells, IT DOES AND YOU HAVE THE DOCUMENTATION PROVING IT!
Clint and Wells, this isn't over yet! You are legally required by contract to pay me!! I will not stop my pursuit, review updates and communication with you until you take care of this matter and pay me the money I am owed by the damage done by Budget Boys Moving......ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE MOVING COMPANY! I CAN'T EMPHASIZE ENOUGH THE AMOUNT OF DAMAGE THAT WAS DONE TO MY FURNITURE AND MY BRAND NEW HOME! CLINT HAS NOW STOPPED COMMUNICATING WITH ME AND HAS BLOCKED MY PHONE NUMBER! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND INEXPERIENCED CREW! I CAN'T RECOMMEND THIS MOVING COMPANY TO ANYONE WHO VALUES THEIR POSSESSIONS!! SHAME ON YOU!!! YOU SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS!!! TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR CREW'S MISTAKES!!!

Update as a February 19, 2021. This business will not honor a legally binding contract by law and pay me the money that is due to me. This company actually had an attorney contact me when I am the victim here. I will continue my pursuit of being paid by this company. This company is breaking the law and the public needs to be for warned to not do business with them .PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY! MAJOR, MAJOR DAMAGE TO MULTIPLE PIECES OF MY FURNITURE AND HOUSE! CLINT, THE OWNER WILL NO LONGER COMMUNICATE WITH ME AFTER I WAITED OVER 2 WEEKS TO GET THIS SETTLED. HE HAS NOW BLOCKED ME, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND INEXPERIENCED CREW! HE DEFINITELY NEEDS TO SHUT THIS BUSINESS DOWN! STAY FAR, FAR AWAY.....PLEASE!!!!!!

We loved these guys. Friendly, fast and awesome! Definitely would use them.

These guys did an amazing job moving my family. The 3 of them got my move done in under fours hours! They were super careful and professional. Best of all, they were the least inexpensive option around. I will definitely call them for my next move!
