Budget Mini Storage

I rented a storage about 5 years ago, everything was fine until last year, when they changed the employees.
The new manager is so rude, they don't care about the costumer service at all.
From the first day I prepaid my rent yearly but she asked me for extra money couple of times.
I don't stay there anymore.

GREAT SERVICE!! I reserved a locker online and I was contacted immediately to see if I had any questions. No choice overload. They answered the phone right away. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! ! Very friendly, and professional. The facility is clean and the lockers are a great price. Im very pleased to have found Budget Storage.
