DO NOT USE - MOST LAZY MOVERS EVER! All they did was complain about how heavy things were and how many steps there were (when we told them it was a 3 story house). If it wasn’t heavy, I wouldn’t have needed them. Isn’t that their job, to lift heavy things? They refused to carry boxes up to the 3rd floor claiming they were too heavy, so now we need to move them ourselves. They also refused to move our treadmill, claimed they don’t move treadmills (but our quote we got included a treadmill on it). We were moving out of state and the crew they sent was not licensed to work in the state were moving to so they said they had to take back roads the whole way to avoid weighing stations. Why would they send people if it was illegal for them to move us?! DO NOT USE!! BEWARE.

In response to your VERY rude reply - I do understand how business work. What I don’t understand is why such lazy, overweight people opt into a job that requires them to carry heavy objects. You charge by the box, of course I am going to fill it up. If it wasn’t heavy, I wouldn’t need movers. I would do it myself. Their sole job is to carry heavy items. Period. Inexcusable that 10 boxes were left on the first floor and not carried to the 3rd floor.
AND the driver straight up told us he was not licensed to do business in PA. Had nothing to do with forgetting his papers, he never had any to begin with.

To anyone looking to use this company, the tone of the response is the service you will receive. BEWARE! Hire at own risk.

We used Budget Movers to move us 3 times between January of 2015 and May of 2016 to move the entire contents of our 4 bedroom home. The first and second time was to a rental home and the last time to our new home. There was a wide variety of furnishings that were moved with only one small item being slightly damaged that was immediately seen to and repaired. The crew was very attentive and cordial in every move. I have referred Budget Movers to a few of my friends as a result. Yes, it is 7 years after the fact, but it was worth the effort for me to write this review!

Guys did a great job had no problems at all and they where very fast thanks again would definitely recommend

THIS WAS THEE WORST EXPERIENCE! THEY WERE UNPROFESSIONAL, LAZY, COMPLAINED THE WHOLE TIME. QUOTED ONE PRICE THROUGH EMAIL, THEN ONCE THEY GOT THERE CHARGED ME AN EXTRA 200 DOLLARS FOR PETTY ITEMS AND BECAUSE THEY HAD TO PARK THEIR TRUCK ON THE STREET AND NOT ON THE LAWN. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN! THEY ALSO BROKE THE LEG OF MY GLASS NIGHTSTAND.
