It started great, but they rushed out before finishing - left half of my bedframe downstairs and my sofa and other bedroom things in a heap. Told them the whole point of paying all that money was because of my TBI and they made a flood of excuses until I was quite fed up. In the end I got a small courtesy refund, which helped, but I would suggest them not to rush through jobs for what they charge and also to protect precious items with blankets by default. Just was expecting a stress-free experience and didn't really get that. On top of the actual move bring average at best the manager was gruff on the phone when all I wanted was to ask a question. At least the movers themselves are friendly.

We couldn’t have had a better experience. I worked with JR to obtain our moving quote. The price was the best of all the quotes I had. Moving day all 3 movers arrived on time, and ready to work. They were so kind, and truly the most professional. They took great care to move all our things. Not one issue at all. Every item made it to the new home without an issue.

Best move ever. They showed up on time, took no breaks, and when we realized we forgot a couple bookcases, they went back and got them. This was a big move and they handled it well.
