The moving crew arrived at our house on time. They packed our furniture quickly and professionally. The crew was hardworking and did not stop, even on a hot day in September. The only reason that I gave them a 4 was that during the move our oak dining room table was scratched. They did pay for the repairs though. Overall they made our moving day less stressful than it usually is.

It started off with a call 10 minutes after they were supposed to be here, the truck broke down, can we move tomorrow? I get it, that happens, but no, we can't move tomorrow, we are out of here tomorrow. 'Ok, we will see what we can do and call you back.' 2+ hours later I call them. 'Oh, someone should be there...'

They finally get here and ARE NOT WEARING MASKS. So, my husband and I can't be in here to box up the little things or tape a box closed because they're breaking the law by not wearing masks. They also wouldnt take any lamps, framed pictures or hampers with linens/clothes. They told my husband to do a last walk thru for stuff they hadn't loaded... He comes out to tell them, they've closed up the truck to leave. We now have to move a pick up trucks worth of stuff on our own. We don't own a pick up truck.

Yeah, they were a good deal on paper, but we will not book them to move into our new house in a few weeks and highly recommend you look elsewhere for your move.

The price was great but unfortunately I got what I paid for: cheap unprofessional staff. These movers moved my belongings from my home to storage in May 2020 and from storage to my new home in August 2020. I was in an assisted living facility and when I arrived at my new home 2 glass panels were missing from my oak curio cabinet. I called with nobody taking responsibility or even an apology. Then I was told to call Rick. He took over a week to get back to me and now 7 weeks later I am still waiting for the glass panels to be replaced in my curio cabinet. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy!

2/23/21 UPDATE: Glass panels were NEVER delivered!

They always do a good job, I worked with them for a couple of weeks and these guys work, big to small and they always get done fast, plus there really reasonably about pricing and meeting the customers needs.
