This lady is always late.. ALWAYS LATE.. I was supposed to pick up a U-Haul at 1:30 and she told me to be here at 1:30.. it’s almost 2 o clock and now I’m going to be late because of that lady.. this isn’t her first time.. it’s extremely unprofessional and I will never come here again. She has absolutely no time management skills…
