Budget Rent-A-Space

Can someone give me a valid explanation why they would NOT release the property of Someone’s Fathers belongings to the Son/children of the individual? This is what this place does! If you want a headache ,come here! Instead they are choosing to give it to the aunt and uncle of the children. What a very respectful thing to have to deal with after their father passes away

Awful customer service. I will not be using this company ever again. Rude and unhelpful.

This company has been very unprofessional in releasing the property of my father in law. With legal documentation, including death certificate, next of kin, they are refusing to release the unit to the proper beneficiary of estate. Instead they are releasing to a family member who is not involved in the recovery of assets allowing them to do so as they please. After communicating multiple times with this company, they have hung up on us and continued to state they will be releasing the property, but not to us. We will be pursuing this situation, but wanted to make this known to anyone looking at renting from this facility.

The worst customer service ever. The manager is a crazy woman. She loves to hang up on people. I would not recommend you getting a storage unit here very unprofessional.

Staff is fair, helpful, and resourceful.
Facilities are nice, there is an accessable bathroom during business hours, and Maintenance is on top what needs to be done.
