Buehler Moving & Storage Company

I found Buehler deceitful and lacking in integrity. Communication was awful, they damaged many items and refused to reimburse for the damage. When they did communicate they were either incompetent or outright lied. I would never use them again and would advise anyone to look for alternate moving or storage companies.

OMG horrible moving experience. Well first off my move date was changed when the owner new very well it didnt work for us, but still he pushed and pushed till it fit his life. Then he said ok to the move to start at 12 noon so I could have that little extra time. The guys call saying they're on their way at 9 and there was no mention of 12 o'clock to them, and they would help pack what wasnt done. Well what a disaster as they had things packed I didnt want going!! And also Soooo much forgotten!!! My bed was forgotten yupp no joke MY BED!!. So we then had to get a trailer to move the rest out and we werent moving down the street, we were moving to another PROVINCE. And meanwhile this all happening in the middle of the pandemic. I had signs on my wall to sanitize and wash for the safety alled within half hour everytime) I get ignored for

Andre and Drew moved us from Colorado to South Carolina. Excellent service and professional movers. They both took extra care with our furniture and took time to place everything as we directed.

My family recently hired Buehler out of Aurora, CO to move a household from Colorado to Maryland. From start to finish, their staff and service could not have been better. James Stevens came to the house for an estimate. He answered all our questions and his estimate was very close to what the actual weight of the shipment turned out to be. Mayflower's policy is that the customer never pays more than the estimate and, if the weight turns out to be less, gets a refund. Rhonda and Ellen were the move coordinators and were easy to get on the phone and ensured we were kept informed of all the information we needed. A 3-person team spent one day packing the boxes -- they certainly did a great job as nothing was broken during the move. Andre and Andrew Orlando (a father and son) packed the truck, drove it across county, and unloaded the truck in Maryland. They were efficient, took apart and then put together tables and other items, arrived on the estimated date, and again took such good care of our items that there was literally no damage in transit. They basically did everything right. In addition to this great service, everyone involved was able to pull off this move with only a few days notice. We also thought the price was a good value. The cost was clear and there were no attempt to "up sell" or add on extra charge.

Hard-working staff moving Freight by the bundle every day. Had the chance to work part-time. With the team and see how they do things. This place is not for the faint of heart or ill of mind. It is important to Stretch out before getting started. The team here is positive and quick to offer any safety advice. Management doesn't seem overbearing facilities seem clean and highly functional. I'm glad I could help with some of the facilities issues. Thank you for the opportunity And I look forward to helping this company again in the future. If you want to do business with this company their prices are top-notch. Depending on the type of surface you want.
