Review:
The crew worked very quickly which is the only thing positive we can say. There seemed to be little to no common sense involved in the packing process. Dirty towels were packed from the shower stall, for example. The boxes for our job had been previously used for other jobs so there was conflicting info written on them. They refused to unpack anything at the destination, despite the web page asserting they provide expert packing and unpacking services. We have found damaged and broken items. When they left the site we moved out of, they left every window upstairs wide open. They did not wrap glassware in paper. They did not wrap coffee mugs in paper. They put together the Sleep Number bed incorrectly so that the head could not raise. See various photos of some of these issues.

Updating Review:
Team Burke moved me again at the start of September 2024. Matt, Izea, and Lucas were such a joy to work with. They took care with my boxes and furniture, and were so nice to talk with. Moving into Portsmouth is never easy when you are going through older streets downtown!!! They were so great navigating around obstacles! Not one item damaged or broken. 4th time I’ve used them and I don’t think I can use any one else to move my things. Thank you (again)!!

I love these guys!! I have had them move me twice this year and each time they were careful, friendly, so professional and handled my things way better than I would. Pat helped on both my moves, wonderful person and team. Hopefully I won’t be moving soon, but will absolutely recommend them to anyone who is!
