Burrell's Moving & Hauling LLC.

Called Burrell’s today after 4:00 to have a piano moved inside our home whenever they could do the job. Not only did they answer the phone, but they came over by 5:00 today after their last job. Nice guys and they carefully moved our piano. I highly recommend this company! Oh, and they are based in Fishers.

Burrell Movers did an amazing job especially being I had called the last minute and they worked on July 4th I'd definitely recommend them for your new move very quick and timely very professional we're very grateful and pleased

Burrell did a fantastic job of communicating with me thru the whole process. They were very cautious in moving and setting up my baby grand piano. His helpers were polite and respectful to both me and him. I would definitely rehire Burrell.

-Attempted to Cancel with approx 48 hours notice, told I would be charged Over $150 cancellation fee
-Owner said he would be there at noon to evaluate my situation, he didn't come until later after his kids called him in (as they felt they needed more men/time...which is fine, I'm not the expert). When I said this he said 'well I'm here now' instead of taking responsibility.
-I booked the max size truck the website allows, the owner chastised me for not booking a bigger truck. Not sure how to fix that one.
-One worker stood around on his cell phone an insane amount. It was so bad the 3rd worker who showed up had to get onto him. (The other two were excellent in making an effort)
-A bit unprofessional as they had a family member with a crying baby following them, standing around in the street, and hanging around while they moved?
-I ended up paying almost $700 and afterwards I hired a different mover to finish the job for $300
-Destroyed my pink velvet couch by shoving it along the bottom of their truck with no protection
-Broke a desk and didn't inform me of it at all. The second mover showed it to me.
-Left some of their food trash in our garage (as my friend bought them food)
-Did not give work the whole 3 hours (didn't start until 12:20 and then left at 2:55). But I was so frustrated/hot/tired (As I was also putting in serious physical labor) at that point that I wanted it to be over
