0/10 WORST COMPANY IVE EVER EXPERIENCED
Unfortunately I had the WORST experience with this company. From wasting a lot of time, extreme frustration throughout the process, to broken items and my TV. The Time scheduled was from 1-3, they didn’t show up UNTIL 5:45. I was out shopping bc we needed beds and furniture, so i rushed home to be there, just to sit and wait for HOURS. No updates, no calls, I had to call Alex and get updates. when you’re moving, you have 89907 things to do, there’s no time or energy to WASTE… the luxury of hiring a very expensive company really backfired.
All They were concerned about is TIME. Why take one box out of each room? So I had to make multiple trips back and forth just to find out tooth brush and necessities. It is baffling to me that that isn’t number one common sense. When I went to the old house with some friend, we were blown away. Garage was left wide open, it didn’t look like ANYTHING was moved. With that big of a truck, everything could’ve easily fit (no couches or big items)
I specifically went through each room, each items to make sure only certain items were being moved, well that didn’t happen either. So many bulky items were moved to the new place which i cannot physically remove from a 2nd floor by myself. Everything was jam packed right by the entry door, the few things that were put away weren’t even supposed to go. So finally they gave me “one free courtesy hour”.. how nice ??‍♀️. They did a great job however the damage is done. Then I finally got boxes into the rooms they were meant to go in, after sleepless night and exhaustion, I finally was able to lay down and wanted to relax and watch tv. Welllll the tv was cracked at the top, the whole tv is shattered from the inside. This has been Beyond a nightmare, beyond anything I could’ve ever imagined going wrong. They left me with 10x more money to spend and 20x more work. I hope the owners see this bc I will be needing to speak with them about this, I’ve just had no energy to call AGAIN. All those hours wasted, that time was supposed to be used to find myself and daughter beds and a couch. Here we are a month later with nothing. HORRIBLE 0/10

These guys are great! After calling around they have very reasonable rates, and give a military discount. Their customer service was impeccable. You get emails, texts, and follow up calls before they come to your house. We only needed help moving our big items and they did it in timely manner especially considering it was during the peak hours of the day during a heat wave of over 100 degree weather! Thanks for all your help!
