I’m moving to the area and this facility came highly recommended. After visiting the site I felt comfortable storing my household items here. The facility has 24 hour security, the grounds are well lit and the units are spotless.

The previous manager was fantastic and accommodating. Since the owner took over management ‘responsibilities’ 3 months ago I cannot recommend a tenant relationship. After a timely paid 6 month lease I vacated a unit 5 weeks early and Mrs Mark S Colton attempted to withhold $100 of my deposit for ‘sweeping.’ I expressed his reputation precedes him and he threatened me with physical violence. They do not deserve your business but everyone gets what they deserve.. The attached photo is from just before I vacated the unit. It is as clean as the day it was leased. If anyone else has had their deposit wrongly withheld by Mrs Mark S Colton’s greed and stupidity like this post.
