DON’T USE THIS COMPANY !!! I REPEAT DON’T USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I use them to move to a different state. I was told my stuff would arrive in two days, it’s two weeks and I’m still awaiting my stuff. Then they want to charge me an additional $600. Moving is hard so I hire someone to take some of that stress off only to deal with an unprofessional company. I have to spend additional money to buy clothes, shoes, kitchen utensils, cookware etc. I am so stress out and the worst thing is I was told they don’t know when I will get my stuff. Christmas is in a few days. DON’T USE THIS COMPANY PLEASE, the good reviews are their friends and families.

I did use your company and I have pictures to share. My chair was broken , the boxes were ripped apart.

I have the worst experience with this company. They are a fraud! They have an excellent sales pitch to pray on new customers name Walter Keener, he said the company was certified by “ Wheaton Van Lines“ but this is not true for in state Florida moves and that my furniture would be covered by a $10K insurance. On moving date, the first thing I was reminded was to tipped about 3 times by Mark, they made me signed documentation that I did not read in detail as I was in the middle of a move. I trusted this company with my furniture, which I’m still paying for, paid them a high price as I thought I was paying for a reliable company and they RIPPED my sectional sofa that cost $1,250. I was told that a claim form will need to be completed and that they would reach out. I tipped all 3 moving personnel even though they damaged my sectional. No one reached out to me and I had to make several calls that went unanswered. Finally the owner of the company Cory Hermelyn sent me a claim form to be completed. They sent me a check for $90 dollars ( I paid more in tips) and a letter from the owner stating they confirm the damages but that they will pay .60 cents per pound as listed on the document I signed the day of the move and that I didn’t pay for additional insurance. I was never told about additional insurance, the sales person said it was covered for $10K and who reads additional documentation in the middle of a move? I will file a small claims against this company in the state of Florida but I just want to make people aware of the lies and deceit this company runs. I am a single mother and did a sacrifice of spending hard earned money in this time of pandemic to protect my belongings and fell in the trap of lies of this company. I am doing this review to help other people not to fall for it.

Moved me on 3/25/2020 Did not take caution wrapping or moving items. They broke off w leg from my dining room table. Shady moving team try to cover it ip by using double sided tape to hold leg in place hoping I wouldn’t notice. I immediately called owner and sent pics. After a couple weeks they half acknowledged damaging table, and was eventually sent a claims form. A month later, no claim, no claim check, no discussion of repairing damaged item! Do not use!!! Try We Move On Demand in WPB!!!

They are a top notch moving company. My husband and I have been dealing with this company for over 30 years. Highly recommended their services. Professional and prompt!
