CA - NY Express cross country movers NY

used it for SF->NY. Price and process was pretty good, communication was good. But they broke one of my floor lamps and dented my computer in the process..

We used CA-NY Express last month to move from NYC to LA and had a great experience. We had never made a cross-country move before and didn’t know what to expect, but Bob patiently explained the whole process to us and made us feel like our belongings would be safe and secure. He also got us an earlier move date, which was especially appreciated as we were moving right after the holidays. The movers on both coasts were very professional and communicative. We used the packing service and were super impressed at how organized the movers were—they had a system and quickly, but carefully, packed all of our belongings. Our stuff arrived in LA in 11 days, which was earlier than expected given the holidays. If you are like me and want to make sure you hire the best movers, then look no further. I would 10/10 recommend CA-NY Express.

Having seen all the positive reviews online, I just have to say I had a much different experience with my move from San Francisco to New York. Large furniture items that I trusted the team to pack in SF arrived damaged in NYC, and I was only able to recover about half the cost from insurance. I recommend them if you ship boxes and do the packing yourself. The price quote I got was very reasonable, however.
