Ron and his team were extremely adaptable to last minute changes to delivery times and pickup requests for our group of 10. The movers in SF were insanely fast and efficient in how they wrapped up our belongings, and they delivered them perfectly to New York. We got great customer service from the team the whole time; Ron addressed every concern and customized our delivery to our needs, Ali on the NY team was very flexible and understanding. Great people overall, and I would recommend for any company/large group who hopes to move across the coast.

Used their services to move from San Francisco to New York. Very good price compared to other companies. The teams both at pick up and delivery were very professional and friendly. Delivered within the timeframe they promised and customer service was easily reachable. No damage to speak of when it comes to the moved items. I would definitely recommend!

I moved a 3BR house of furniture from San Francisco to NYC. A lot of expensive furniture was damaged and broken, so I don't recommend shipping expensive furniture using this mover (boxes were fine). Even if you buy movers insurance, it won't cover any furniture made with MDF and veneer, even if it's high end designer custom furniture. It will be a further hassle to try to recover any insurance money and repair your belongings. Positives: The quote was very reasonable, my move coordinator Ron was pleasant to work with, and the pickup in SF went well over two days. The furniture arrived 2 weeks later and tracking the move also went smoothly. I had packed some of my own boxes following their instructions and none of that was damaged in the move. Negatives: many expensive furniture pieces arrived damaged: broken legs and shattered feet, misaligned door and drawers, banged up corners.
Summary: if you have custom / designer pieces of furniture, I definitely would *not* recommend this moving company. If you pack your own boxes and have minimal furniture, you may find they suit your needs.
