I loved just about every bit of this move, which is wild to say because it’s a logistical nightmare. Moving cross-country is no easy feat and CANY Express made it as painless as possible.Both teams (in NY and CA) were professional, efficient, and helpful. It was a pleasure welcoming both into our home(s), and all our stuff got to the new coast in great condition. The icing on the cake was the communication. Every step of the way was documented and communicated with me including regular location updates, delivery window updates, and cost overruns (of which there were few).

If you're moving between these two great states you need to try this team out. 10/10!!

I just completed a move from NYC to SF and had a great experience with CA - NY Express.

I packed most of my things myself and had the CA - NY Express team pack some of my breakables. My 400 cubic foot shipment included 2 large mirrors, multiple boxes of delicate ceramics, a TV, fragile glassware, framed artworks, and glass furnishings. Everything arrived in perfect condition exactly as it was packed in New York (no small feat, given that my boxes had been stored in a basement beneath a construction site for a few months and were already a little beat up from that).

The price was significantly lower than every other quote I received. My stuff arrived within the originally stated time frame (10 days all up), and I received regular status updates via email. The teams at both ends were super efficient, with packing and loading in NY taking a couple hours and unloading in CA taking less than an hour.

I would not hesitate to recommend CA - NY Express, and they'll be my first choice should I find myself moving my life across the country again.

They were communicative, on time, nothing broken, and accommodated us when we needed to access our storage outside of their regular hours. Would use them again!
