Cadden Bros. Moving & Storage

My mom and I hired Cadden to help move my grandmother into an assisted living facility and to empty her second home. I had dealt with Cadden while working in self-storage, but never had occassion to use their services until now. Five stars is not enough to rate the professionalism, courtesy, care, and customer service we received. From the initial meeting with Pat to plan the move to the move itself with Reese and Joey, the whole experience has been first class, and I would eagerly suggest their services to anyone planning to move to/from NEPA.

These movers were great! Very kind and careful with my furniture. Would recommend to others and will definitely be using again in the future.

Good job

Not only was our move disappointing, I could not get anyone to return a phone call or email afterwards. We moved into a brand new house on a rainy/muddy day. I know our their control, however the movers did not remove shoes or put booties on their feet as they proceeded to move my furniture into rooms with carpeting. In two spots they put holes in the walls, scratches in my hardwood flooring, and several pieces of my furniture were broke or scratched up. Also my mattresses were never wrapped and became filthy.When I reached out to discuss these concerns not one person returned my email or voicemail and it has been over a week.
