Marco was recommended to us by friends. We had high expectations coming in and Marco managed to exceed them. We had issues with another moving company that ended up charging us double of what they were estimating initially, so we were particularly worried about this issue. Marco gave us a very accurate estimate, and we ended up slightly below what he estimated, which was a nice surprise. His crew arrived on time on the day of the move. Since I was pregnant and my husband was injured, we decided to get the full service. They carefully packaged everything for us, using good quality packaging materials. They packaged everything so well that next time we use them we will ask for full service again, even if I’m not pregnant! Moving can be such a stressful time for families and I’m so glad Marco and his team gave us the peace of mind that we needed. Thanks so much Marco!

California Loyal Movers did our move within the Bay Area and overall we were very satisfied. Their crew delivered really well in every aspect of our move. The were punctual. Marco quickly got me a quote and gave a few options for moving dates. He was flexible when I had to change the dates around and was receptive to my concerns about making sure the crew was careful when moving things into the new place.

On moving day, Marco’s foreman Martin called me to let me know when they were coming and showed up exactly on time. They were very courteous and asked the right questions. They moved quickly to get things loaded into the truck and brought extra boxes to help me pack up last minute items.

At the destination, Martin and his team arrived early and put down flooring protection. They always asked where boxes should go and more importantly they were very careful making sure walls, flooring, and door weren’t damaged during the move. I was impressed by their attention to detail and also their very friendly personalities even when they were moving heavy boxes during a hot day. This was the best moving experience I’ve ever had and it’s thanks to Marco, Martin, and his crew! Highly recommended.
