Marco and his team are excellent! They're fast, careful, and experienced movers. Fairly priced and great value. Marco treats his team well, and it shows. We hired them for full service: pack, move, and unpack a 3 bedroom house. Marco was very responsive and helpful in coordinating all aspects of the move. His team arrived exactly on time (to the minute!) and immediately got to work. They clearly knew what they were doing. They asked good questions about how we wanted things handled, and they also showed great judgment on their own. I forgot to point out a few delicate items that were mixed in with bulky stuff, and later I found they had all been carefully wrapped and handled. They worked very quickly and very thoughtfully, and just got things done. I was genuinely impressed. One of Marco's workers told me: 'I've been doing this work for 15 years, and Marco is one of the best. He treats his customers AND his workers with great respect.'

Marco and his team were amazing to work with. Their packaging, moving, and loading are top notch but in addition to that, they're good humans. I worked with Marco for over a year on one stressful & painful move and the only thing that made it easy was Marco's commitment to providing the best customer service possible. Can't say enough good things about California Loyal movers. Repeat customer and just did my third move with them. Marco is kind, fair, and great with communication, and each time his team has been careful, professional, and very respectful of my belongings. Moving is so stressful, but having such a good crew reassures me I'm not going to lose things or have precious items broken in transit. Grateful for the help and highly recommend.
