I am a local general contractor and I've work with Elena and her team on several projects. I am extremely picky about who I work with as we are trusting them to work in our client's home. Elena and her team always do exactly what they say and get the work done when they say it will be done. Her communication is superb with the clients and they always complement me about how wonderful she is to work with. Her team has done small and larger projects for us and I know they'll be able to take on any of your packout/packback needs. I had such an easeful and pleasant pack out and pack in experience with the wonderful team! They were extremely flexible, compassionate, meticulous, strong, efficient and punctual!
Proactive on communication at all times. Accommodated my preferences with materials and were cautious with the antiques and more delicate items.

When moving back in, they helped unpack, putting the items more or less where they were and removed all the boxes and trash.

Emotions are high in this line of business and I can’t thank them all enough for their care, kindness, attention to detail, efficiency and flexibility after our flood.

We had a unique situation after our house flood and needed California Packout to help us four separate times. One move out into a pod on the driveway with other items (bed, chairs, food) going to an Airbnb for a medically fragile member of our family. Another move from the Airbnb to another Airbnb. Then the final move back into our home today.

First of all, I can’t imagine doing this job every single day. Denis is the team lead and they all work so hard and their efficiency is just incredible. They aren’t just there to move things, they are there to truly help you. They really care. When everything felt chaotic, Denis, Yuriy, Alex, Dmitriy and Valentina made it painless and calm. They are a well-oiled machine and that includes the orchestration by Elena who was my point of contact for months. I should have paid her to be my therapist as well because she was a sympathetic ear and so kind through every step. She responded immediately, even after hours and weekends, always doing her best to help us quickly and efficiently. Between all of these visits/moves from the team, I have absolutely no complaints. Not one. They are the best of the best.

You learn a lot about different companies when dealing with a major flood and we’ve been so fortunate to have found California Packout. What a gift during a very difficult time.

This California Pack-out is great! They respond your question and concern fast. When they packed my belonging they were wrapped with blanket, taped well, and handled very carefully to prevent any damages. When they sent back all my stuff, they put all the furniture and stuff as the same spots as they were. I feel it’s my home again! They also connected the internet, phone line, and all the related devices for me. I strongly recommend this company if you need any packing out.
