Call Me Van Line

My father entrusted this company to move his furniture and valuable pieces from Seattle to Fort Lauderdale. Upon delivery, two pieces were broken beyond repair. He reported the issue and has not heard back. He called, and they have not returned his call. Sorry excuse for a moving company. Poor customer service.

I hired this company to move me from Los Angeles to Lancaster. The two young men were very fast and the older gentleman with them seemed to also know what he was doing. The move went fine and I paid them almost $900 for the move which I thought to be expensive but it was last minute. After the move and I began to unpack I begin to notice damaged furniture and I contacted the company. Needless to say I am going to court. I feel disrespected and ignored by the owner and management who totally ignored my request to pay for my damaged furniture. I also requested for the owner to call me and I have not heard anything. No apology or anything. I am very disappointed.

When delivery came, and my weight tickets were presented to me, my weight was actually less than Andrew estimated, and in turn my bill was less than I expected on delivery. Because I had to pay the balance in cash, I had enough extra to treat myself to a steak dinner that night, and generously tip the awesome Call Me crew, of course. I had no idea a move could be stress free, but Call Me has proved it can. They just care about what they do, and that makes it easy. I would refer them to my friends and family, in fact, I already have.

I have moved multiple times in my life and this Last time I used Call Me Van Lines and it was the best ever! The amazing crew showed up on time and was ready to go as soon as they got there. They were fast but not cares about packing the boxes. They really cared about each item so all my stuff would fit but also protected. They were very respectful men who knew that this move was important to my family and we don't want to have to replace things due bad packing so they made sure all our stuff was very safe. The cost was $2600 and I thought that was super fair for all the hard work they did. We moved from Nebraska to Colorado and this was the smoothest move yet. If anyone I know where moving I would definitely encourage them to use Call Me Van Lines because I know they would be taken care of. This company will always be my moving company they are just amazing all the way around!

My husband was recently transferred from Cincinnati, Ohio to Chicago. This meant leaving a brand new home that we had just built three years prior, as well as, leaving friends and family. We knew that this was going to be somewhat of a stressful move due to the distance. Nothing was going to make this an easy transition.
Due to having school age children, we moved just the essentials to a corporate apartment so that our daughters could begin school with the district. So on our moving day, my husband stayed in Chicago with them which left me to be the one to make the trip back to Cincinnati to orchestrate the move. I was dreading the entire weekend!! That is until Call Me Van Line showed up at my door on Oct.11, 2015. They were professionally dressed, clean cut & VERY polite!! Andrew explained every single step of the process and how everything was going to be handled. All of our precious belongings were wrapped securely with such care to detail. There was never ANY debris left around and every box and bolt were labeled. When I had to leave to return to Chicago, I felt safe knowing that the job would be completed and the house locked up.They even went above and beyond what was necessary! They vacuumed the house, swept the floors and tidied up the bathrooms for the sale closing that was scheduled for the following day.
As with every day prior, Call Me showed up on time in Chicago with our belongings. Everything was unloaded and placed to our specifications. Such care was taken with the floors, doorways, etc. (as they were at our previous home). They were both so accomodating and made this process sooooo much better and smoother than we thought it was going to be. Our daughters even befriended them, which meant a lot to us!!
We have moved other times but none were as stress free and easy as this one. And for that, I wanted to take the time to make you aware of the caliber of employees you have working for you and representing your company name.
