Great movers

This sprng this company was hired to move the belongings from a house to an apartment and a storage ficility. The job was grossly under quoted and it was never brought to the owners attention. The movers had to be reminded often to get back to work. The final cost was over double what was quoted and was put directly onto the owners credit card. When the company was questioned, they did not respond. I do not recommend this company

Pick up was good. The main guy loading my stuff was very helpful and professional. My belongings were loaded on a Monday and the driver said I should be hearing from my coordinator by that Friday with a ETA of delivery. I did not get contacted by my coordinator that Friday. I had to reach out to my coordinator the following Tuesday. I left a message first and did not get call returned. The next day I believe I had to call twice to finally get a hold of my coordinator only to then be told that the estimated delivery was unknown and they were still looking for a driver to bring my stuff from Nashville to my location. I have had this move scheduled for weeks, so I am not sure why a driver was not yet identified. I had to call back my coordinator during the following days get updates but my coordinator could never give me an answer. I finally was informed that my belongings were getting picked up almost 2 weeks after loading to start the trip to my location, but still was not provided with a ETA delivery date. My coordinator told me on Friday that she would call on Monday with an ETA deliver date, but I did not get a call from her. Further, I emailed and called her on that Monday (yesterday) and she did not respond. She finally called this morning with information that the truck is getting to California tomorrow, but still couldn't provide me with a ETA date. Tomorrow is the last day of my delivery window, and I am not expected a delivery tomorrow. I am still waiting for that ETA date. I am not happy with the lack of communication by my coordinator. I understand about delays but there are no excuses for lack of communication.

I had a slightly complicated move, as some items were packed by the movers and sent to a high rise building in Chicago. The rest were packed by me and put into storage for 4 months before being moved to a house several states away. All aspects of this move went very smoothly. Everyone was very friendly and hardworking. I highly recommend this company.
