The actual movers were awesome and got everything done in 3 hours, which according to the website and the woman I booked with is the minimum. I was also told when I booked the movers that because I was paying cash it would be $129 an hour. However, when I was given the invoice, after everything was already moved, the contract stated that it was $139 and the minimum was 4 hours and I was charged for an additional hour or $139 because the contract stated a 4 hour minimum. The 2 men who loaded and unloaded my apartment did a fantastic job, but I am very upset that I was over charged.

Be sure to ask for an email invoice PRIOR to your move to make sure you are being charged correctly. I ended up having to go with the 2 movers to the bank to withdraw more money because I only took out enough cash for the original price quoted on the phone when I booked the movers.
