Chantell had great customer service and I liked dealing with her directly. I have gotten a few quotes from Lance, he is unprofessional and has asked me to go with a competitor, which I did and am very happy I was turned to them.

We have been in business for 25+ years and have many vehicles transported . With that being said , We have never tried to work with a more unprofessional company . Not only were we told that it would be a 1-3 day schedule for pick up of the vehicle which was acceptable, but after the third day came and went tried o get communication on the eta for the 4th day that we were told we were on schedule for and my texts email and phone calls were ignored for the majority of the day . Once Arnold Hight did finally contact me through text message I was told he would call me right back . When i text request for an eta on the pick up of the vehicle I was told I can just cancel my order . when i found another company that could pick up that same day I text Arnold to cancel the order and he replies back with thats fine any other company is going to have the same turn around . Which I informed him otherwise IF you are looking for a professional company to transport your vehicle with customer service skills this is NOT the company . ZERO STARS

Ok, I did the internet search to have my Jeep Renegade shipped from Washington to Connecticut. I was barraged with what seemed like an endless stream of companies urging for my business. I'm not the type of person to pick one and hope for the best. It was difficult to know how to start my process of selection. In the end, I looked at each company's web-site, pricing/payment and more importantly, their BBB history. Most companies are not registered with the BBB but still have comments associated with their transactions. The company that I chose was not only registered with the BBB, but had an A+ rating.
Additionally, pricing was an important consideration. I did not go with the lowest bidder, nor the highest. I chose the one that seemed fair, since I want the company happy to do business with me.
After a fairly lengthy process. I choose Auto Shipping Group.
I could not be happier. This turned out to be the simplest and most straight forward transaction. I made a small deposit when the Jeep was picked up and the majority balance when delivered.
The pickup process was easy. They came right to my home, did a thorough inspection, loaded and then was off.
My Jeep arrived sooner then expected and was a 'single truck' (important) shipment.
I have done the work and it turn out for me. Now I have saved all the contact information and will go straight to Auto Shipping Group for my next shipment.
