Moving can be one of the most stressful times, and Camelback Moving was amazing at getting me to my new place. I've never hired a professional moving service before (always was a DIY or have friends help) and Nate in sales was perfect and helped get me set up for my move. On the day of my move, I received a call from the movers, Gilbert and Juan S, letting me know they finished their other move early, and to see if I was ok with them coming over early. They were fast and efficient, and well worth the reasonable cost compared to having friends help you move. It saved my back, my stress levels, and just made it incredibly easy. Thanks again guys, I'll definitely be using you for any future moves.
These guys are great.............Everything was smooth and easy....... I would highly recommend for anybody who is moving......local or long distance...we moved from southern Calif to Prescott...all good...
Reached out to them for a quote and 4 other companies over Yelp. They knew where I was moving from and to (city) and refused to tell me their travel charge unless I called in. The 4 other moving companies I contacted replied with their hourly rates PLUS the trip charge. Time is money. I don't need my time wasted via a phone call so I can be pumped with useless information. Just give me your rate and what you charge. It's really not that hard. There are more honest and straight forward companies out there.
Updating my rating from a 3* to a 5* based on Camelback Moving reaching out and making things right. This showed me that they are a company who truly does care about their customers and the experiences that they deliver to them. They exceeded my expectations with the customer service received during my follow-up call and their actions to remedy my experience during my move. I would highly recommend the company based off this interaction because it is evident that they can and will go above and beyond for their customers. ________________________________________________________________ The movers were 5 star all stars. The 3 star rating is based on being told two pieces could be moved which essentially couldn't without running the move up to over 1.5k. I called to see if they could move 2 tall PAX units. I was told they would be able to dismantle and get it done, they spent almost 2 hours trying to figure out how to get it out of the room intact. In the end the wardrobes had to get left behind because it would take 3 hours each (6-12hrs total) just to dismantle them. Had I known this I wouldn't have bothered and saved over $300, $95/hr x2 and the insurance cost (I put moving insurance on them which is non refundable). A 4 hour move ran up to 700 because of this. Everything else went smoothly, I just wish they would have been upfront about the situation instead telling me they could move it to get the bid.
I just moved with this company (specifically Marcos and Corey) and they were amazing! Both of them were very kind, personable, and took great care of my belongings. I definitely recommend them for a move!
