Didn't package and rap glass or high value items properly, and handled items with 0 care. Wouldn't recommend.

Cannon Moving & Storage recently moved my family. The Team consisted of Amber, Cece, Emma, & Ferrel. Upon initial meet, Ms. Amber was pleasant, introduced herself and the team, & explained the entire process to my husband and me. They were extremely professional, hard working, & efficient in their actions. They communicated very well with each other as well as with us, ensuring all of our questions were answered & accommodated any special requests we had. Also, a representative from the company called us daily to check in with how the move was going. My husband and I were very grateful how smoothly everything went. We would recommend Cannon Moving & Storage company to others!!

I would like to preface this review by saying it completely reflects the front office of this business. The front office is completely disorganized and unprofessional. Specifically, Sandy is completely disrespectful and her customer service is not the best. During the initial survey, I was told the cost of service was $98 for the two guys per hour. I asked if this included packing and was told yes by the owner. When the time came to pay, there was extra costs for packing and supplies. When I was speaking to Sandy about this, she essentially called me a liar and said I did not want to pay. This was clearly not the case as I was prepared to pay the two guys. I wanted to know why these costs were being placed on me after I was kept in the dark. I then called to speak to the owner and still have not been contacted back. I highly recommend to avoid using this company at all due to their lack of professionalism, lack of transparency and disrespect.

My wife and I had just moved onto Cannon afb and at first we were a little nervous about the whole moving process and stuff. When I first called in to get everything started and the process moving, I spoke with Stephanie VanDerwarker. Stephanie was amazing she was very knowledgeable she stayed in touch, returned phone calls asap and when I had to do a last minute cancelation and reschedule that I really didn't think was possible because it was for the same day just at a later time, Stephanie was able to make that happen. When the moving crew arrived Sonny Chavey and Anthony Anaya they were very professional, nice, well mannered and neat. When this was all said and done with everything was good nothing was missing and nothing was broken. And once again Stephanie kept in touch the entire time to ensure the process was going good. My wife and I want to thank everyone at Cannon moving and storage for what you do.
