Danny C. was awesome! He is an excellent truck driver and was able to squeeze his rig in some tight spaces. Nothing was damaged after moving across country. Highly recommend!

Moved cross-country, arranged through a national firm agent. I'd done a lot of reading about long-distance moves and was quite concerned. This move (Sep of 2024) was fantastic.

The driver (Danny C) was off-the-charts good. He kept in contact from the start, let me know when & where all along the way, always on time.

For the load/unload, he was a team-leader. I've seen some folks just tell & push a crew. Danny lead & inspired. Both ends, the entire crew were fast, careful, and worked as a team. Danny inspired rather than drove them.

No damage, everything at the earliest dates in the 'window'.
I'm impressed. I'd be happy to use again.

One thing I did notice: the Local Agent managing your move, plus the driver, make all the difference. I got lucky & loved it.

Great guys, terrible management. After we got our estimate for a two day move, with a total of 12.5 hours of moving time, we talked with LaRae Riggs about how we could make it a 1 day move. She confirmed that we would need to move a lot of stuff, and after we took over half of our belongings to our new house the move she charged us for was still over 10 hours. She is argumentative, unwilling to have a conversation, so much as she wants to talk at you, and just in general one of the few vendors I worked with during my move that I felt was untrustworthy.

In addition to the estimate being way off, we were also told that we would be working with 'professional movers' whereas the other companies would just use college kids...welp, 2 of the 4 people on our crew were home from college for the summer.

Finally, during the move we had hardware lost for our treadmill, damages to our leather furniture and beds, and wooden furniture with peices broken off. They 'checked the truck' and confirmed that they did not lose anything or damage anything and we were left holding the bag.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Adding to reply to the owners excuses. LaRae talked with us many times and while the initial estimate was 12.5 hours, that estimate was wildly inaccurate at best and fraudulent at worst. After moving a 12 foot U-Haul truck full of stuff four separate trips it should impact the moving time. In addition, LaRae claimed that this effort was what would make it a one day move.
