Had a scheduled appointment for yesterday July 29th at 3:00 pm. Representative never showed and when I called to find out why, he was not aware of our appointment. Promised to call within the hour to reset an appointment. Never called back. Guess they don't want my business!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!
To be fair, I wrote the same review below for Atlas, as this company (used to be called Daniel's Moving) is an Atlas agent:
SAVE YOURSELF FROM TROUBLE AND STAY AWAY FROM ATLAS AND THEIR AGENTS!
We are moving a small ~700sqf 1b1b apartment from NC to MA. Movers came to pick 4/30. The latest delivery date of the time window stated on the contract was 5/17 (17 days from pick up).
- 5/3: we called to inquire the status, and was told that a driver has been assigned.
- 5/6, we called and was told that our stuff haven't been loaded yet. They will load on 5/11
- 5/ 13: we called and was told that the delivery has to be pushed back to 5/19. NO REASON GIVEN AS FOR WHY. Now this estimated date is already outside of the delivery time window that they promised. Also, the operator said even the 5/19 is 'an estimate'. But she never called back to confirm anything.
-5/14: We filed multiple complaints online through Atlas. We called many numbers, each time, we got kicked around like a ball because each department claims that they 'don't know' , 'have no authorization', and transfer us to another department. Then whole ridiculous excuse repeats itself.
E.g.
- -Capital moving 919 number: says they don't assign driver. Give us ext 2846 for Atlas.
-- Atlas Ext 2846: says they take care of late claims but ask me to call Ext 2649 to send the claim form and find out the date of delivery
--- Atlas Ext 2649: says they only email the late form but ask me to call ext 2235 to find out delivery date.
---At las Ext 2235: says she saw NO DELIVERY DATE IN THE SYSTEM!!! Repeats that she has to contact someone else in dispatch to find out.
After hours of hours of calling, getting kicked around like a piece of garbage, NO AVAIL. My husband even found a number to call the VP, and he promised a deadline of 5/27. But a few hours later, the operators still say that they don't see a delivery date established in the system!!! WHAT A JOKE.
TOTALLY RIDICULOUS. DOESN'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS AT ALL. STAY AWAY!!!
