Fast, friendly service, and the buildings are undeniably the best built found anywhere in the area.

I have nothing but good things to say about Cardinal Buildings and their employees. When I first walked into the office I was expecting some kind of BS sales pitch, full of lies, and a salesman dog and pony show (we've all seen what I just described). To my surprise I didn't get that, Jimi was/is anything but that. He's a straight shooter, he follows through with what he says he's going to do. He'll answer you questions immediately, If he doesn't know the answer, he will get you that answer ASAP. He'll return your phone calls and texts within a day (not day's or weeks). The communication doesn't stop after the sale/delivery. So, I can't paint all salesmen with the same brush now (at least one).

The Carbondale crew that built and delivered our new building (river cabin) are rock solid guys, and get things done right the first time. They stay in touch with you while they are building it. They ask that you come down before, and during the build to make sure everyone is on the same page, then to observe and inspect the build as it's taking place. They also did some work that they didn't have to do. Big thanks to Mathew, Mark, Steve, Phil, and Willard (I know I'm forgetting somebody, sorry).

I highly recommend them. If your thinking about moving a mobile home onto your property, hunting/fishing property, etc, you should go talk to Jimi first

Amazing experience with Jimi! We are extremely happy with our purchase and the entire process of getting our Garage shed from Cardinal Buildings. Jimi goes the extra mile to make sure you can have your shed, the way you want it. Highly recommend.
