The beginning of the experience was great. Three movers came in and packed everything up pretty quick and efficiently. They packed our items up May 7th and estimated for our items to be delivered to NJ May 27th. There was no communication so we called May 27th inquiring about our items. We were told we needed to call a different company that worked specifically with military to find our stuff. We did that and the company said we never received your stuff, the storage company that moved you should have your information. So call back and they insist they can’t help us. Eventually someone says what’s your last name again, looks us up and says they delivered to a different storage company and we were suppose to call that company and setup delivery. We were never informed of this process. We were told our items would be delivered to our address May 27th. The lady on the phone was very unhelpful and snarky as if this was information we should have known. Terrible customer service and unwillingness to help. We would have never been able to figure out what other storage company was holding our stuff unless this lady gave us the information which she was very reluctant to. Now we have to wait another week because of the lack of communication.

Used their scales for military move. Friendly and fast service. If you are stationed at 29 and need a weight, go here. Base is a hassle and going here only takes a few minutes.
