Careful Movers

No call no show. We had a date and time confirmed for our move. We left three voice-mails and two texts to try to get ahold of them on moving day. No one will respond to us. If your move date is important to you, use someone else. Really disappointed with them.

I wish it was possible to rate with zero stars. We used this company about 10 years ago with no issue so we did not research them again when we needed moving services. I wish I had, then I would have seen similar reviews from others. Hopefully this review helps someone else to avoid this company and not get left completely stranded on moving day. Careful movers you should truly be ashamed of yourselves.

Everyone knows how stressful moving can be. Now, imagine that day comes and the movers you scheduled don't show up. That's exactly what Zach and Careful Movers did to us. Starting the day before they were supposed to show up they would not answer phone calls, return voice-mails, and Zach wouldn't even reply with a simple text to let us know they weren't showing up. Absolutely unacceptable! I am shocked that any business owner would treat a customer this way. Under no circumstances should anyone have to deal with this nonsense while moving. Please don't put yourself in this situation. DON'T USE CAREFUL MOVERS!

Thank you Zach for being so efficient and prompt. You and your helper did a wonderful job and hopefully we'll call you again.

These guys agreed to a job, and arrived on site late due to forgetting dollies. Then, for whatever reason, they decided since not everything was in a box, they literally walked off the job. I've moved countless times, and not everything goes into a box. This left two 60+ year old retirees holding the bag to scramble and find people to unload the truck.

Agreeing to a job then cancelling after arriving in site is despicable. Do you really want to hire someone that may or may not leave you scrambling for help at the last minute? If so, The Careful Movers are the ones for you!
