Careful Movers

These folks are amazing! They delt with my unique situation wonderfully and were professional, kind, quick and did a great job. I would suggest them to anyone who is looking for great movers.

Great team, fast and neat

Careful movers were quick to respond, friendly and efficient. I initially had scheduling issue on my end and they were understanding and willing to work with me to get the job finished. They brought their own equipment and were cautious with the oversized item being moved. I'd use them again for moving services!

We used them about 4-5 years ago and were so happy with their service at that time, so when we moved again last summer they were the only ones we called. We set the move date/time with them on the phone, then sent an email to confirm. Yes, they said, you are on the calendar. Only...they didn't show up! I finally called and was told we weren't on their calendar, but they could make room for us in 2 days. Ok, fine, as by then it was too late to call anyone else. We had already moved our pet supplies, bedding, etc. by car, so we had to sleep two nights on the hard floor at the new house. They did show up on the newly scheduled day, although it seemed to take longer than it should have, and my neighbor told me later that everytime they were outside there was a lot of just standing around doing nothing (they bill per hour). I had asked several times through the process for some kind of discount to compensate us for all this inconvenience, and was told only the boss could agree to that and he was out of town and to call the office the next week. Well, I did call them twice the next week and both times was told they'd take the message and the boss would call me back. He never did. Very disappointed with everything about our experience with this company last summer.

Decent movers, long time knowledge of the company employees. They can move large hottubs,many years experience in piano moving, and high-quality / high price pieces.
