great service, excellent workers and extremly efficient .johnathan woodworth,brad byars, and nathan wilson.. the mover r i had first called couldn,t help me but reccomened carey. carey,s qoute was 200.00 dollar cheaper the n the other mover. well worth it....

We had clothes and a few household items to ship to our new location in Italy. This is a new adventure for us, therefore we weren't sure of the proper way to pack our things. There was no need to worry, as Brad B and Clifton W were very knowledgeable about how to pack our things and did so in three hours. We learned that they had done this many times before and jumped right in and got the job done. It's so nice to work with a company that knows what to do. Kimberly P was just as professional and helpful as she followed in finding us the best rate for shipping our possessions. Big thank yous to Brad, Clifton and Kimberly.

We just relocated to The Asheville area and Clifton W., Brad B., Nathan W., and Christopher D. Were part of our moving in crew. They were professional, courteous and treated my things carefully. I would highly recommend this team for your moving needs.

Worst move we have ever had. Our furniture was in storage and it seems that almost every piece of wooden furniture was damaged. Hand made chair had an entire piece broken off. Another hand made piece was a rocking horse that we have kept for decades. Head had to be reattached by my husband. Favorite pine armoire had a huge chip broken off...one of the movers told me it would be fixed when I showed him the damage. That was not true...you have to buy additional insurance to have anything repaired. Beautiful, cutom, expensive live edge bench disappeared.
We have moved numerous times and have never had this kind of experience. My advice for any move would be to purchase the additional insurance...and have a person checking off the items listed when receiving them. We had a team of five men running into the house...no one cold make out the numbers to match the items listed on the sheet. Nor did we have time to check as they ran in and asked where things should go.
Would not recommend this company obviously.

Horrible experience made worse by claim process. AVOID this company if you care about your belongings and integrity in the process. They left a mess of our house at loading, did $21K in damage while moving us less than 120 miles, and denied the entire claim multiple times for bogus reasons. With persistence, demanding insurance involvement, and ultimately suing them we were successful in recovering our damages cost. They are unethical and do a terrible job. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!
