Cargo Control Moving & Disposal

I hired this company to load a trailer for my move to Canada. I really wanted to give them 5 stars, but my stuff was not in good shape on the other side. We had agreed on a price that included moving blankets, straps, and any other necessary equipment (I have this in text), but none of this was used.

My stuff was not packed floor to ceiling (not even close), and not packed tightly. Stuff shifted, fell over, and things were damaged. My furniture was not even wrapped or taped to prevent drawers from opening.

I used U-Pack for my trailer, which refunds money based on any unused trailer space. Based on what my unloading company said, they could have packed everything in 75% the amount of space that Cargo Control used. If this is true, then they cost me $1050 on top of the $940 they charged for the labor and equipment that was not used. It's a bummer.

We had an exerllent experience with this business - they were efficient, reliable, and professional. We’ll definitely use them again!

This group was extremely efficient and got an unimaginable amount accomplished in a very short time. They helped us move out of our house and pack a large amount of material into a limited truck space. We couldn't have done it without them.

These young men who helped my mom move some extremely heavy appliances and furniture were professional, efficient, and incredibly strong. They worked well together as a team, and were very kind. Highly recommend!
