We have used Caring Transitions two times to downsize and move my elderly mom. Each time has taken the stress out of the big emotional effort to move her. The staff is not only very professional, but also warm and caring to ease the emotional impact of moving. I highly recommend Caring Transitions if you’re getting ready to downsize.

Karen and her team were fantastic! They managed everything so I could worry only about caring for my parents. Their help was invaluable in multiple ways and really helped when I was having trouble getting my father placed on a quality facility.

Disappointed! Although the company did a quick and complete cleanout of my Mom's estate, that we couldn't have completed ourselves, there were many things that could have been better... 1.) The online sale contained very little of my Mom's household items, most went into a dumpster. 2.) We were told many items would be donated, yet it seemed that a lot of furniture and other household things went directly into the dumpster! We received no information regarding donated items. 3.) A cabinet drawer was clearly marked with a sign to 'Leave all contents as is, do not empty, items are for new homeowner.' The sign was removed, everything emptied. These things had great sentimental value to my Mom and were gifts for the new owners. 4.) During the clean out stage, there was little communication about what was happening. We would NOT recommend this company.
