Caring Transitions of the Angeles Foothills Customer Reviews

Review:

Caring Transitions was fantastic! They moved my mother into memory care, replicating exactly what was on her dresser at home, to give her comfort. I never would have thought of that. In clearing out her home, they found many things that I thought were lost. They sold her non family items and garnered me tens of thousands of dollars. I would never have known what to do. Somehow they knew what everything was, even the most obscure items, and found specific buyers who wanted them. Caring Transitions is amazing and worth twice what I payed them. And they are sensitive, kind, and incredibly compassionate. I highly recommend them and have told everyone I know that might need their services.

I can’t say enough good things about Caring Transitions of the Angeles Foothills. Especially Wynesta Dale, who is one of the owners and the main contact. My wife and I are in our 70s and wanted to downsize and move closer to our daughter. Having lived in the same home for over 40 years, it sounded like an impossible task. But after just one meeting with Wynesta, we realized we had the right person to help us. With everything! She not only guided us in downsizing the move out, but she put together a 3D floor plan of our new home to visualize what things we wanted to keep and what things we had no room for. She helped us choose and schedule the movers, had her packing team come in and pack us, supervised the move, and coordinated with the unpacking team that set up our new home 500 miles away. She then took an inventory of what was left behind, held an estate auction, and handed us a check afterwards! In other words, she took care of everything. So if you’re thinking of moving, or just downsizing, give Wynesta a call. You’ll be surprised at how easy it is!

rude people. i simply asked to retract two bids within the customary 2 hour time frame (two bids of many i placed) because they broke up a set of vintage dishes as two separate lots and the second lot (the first lot i won for a reasonable price) was getting bid up to waaaay more than it's even close to being worth (i have my suspicions). i simply was no longer interested and politely asked to retract. the items very easily just go to the second highest bidder... i've witnessed it from other owners in this franchise because often times i am the second bidder. apparently according to the lovely wynesta, this makes me a renegade. hmmm, old people are very weird and out of touch. rude beyond belief imo. who needs them. oh and she threatened to, and probably has already, blocked me because of asking for a bid retraction. unprofessional and greedy.

The Caring Transitions Team was both professional and responsible. Wynesta met with my siblings and me after our mom passed away and gave us options they provided to handle cleaning out her home. We were provided details on the cataloging and auction process as well as the pick up and complete clean up of our mom's home. It was all accomplished easily and on time as per Wynesta's provided contract and regular emails. Her team even found a couple of our mom's treasures that we missed when we went through her treasures and the items were returned to us. We were very pleased by the process and would recommend Caring Transitions glowingly.
