Review:

I want to thank Wynesta and Steven Dale for making my move to Malta so smooth. Their help, along with their fantastic staff, was fundamental in organizing and eliminating extra belonging. I recommend this company to anyone that requires relocating or downsizing.

Do not use this service. I would give -0 stars if it was possible. They don't take care of the elderly, they take advantage. There was no personal organizer or estate appraiser as indicated in Wynesta's presentation and company information. My Mom's move was a disaster and not an easy transition for her at 92 years of age. Her new place of residence was not 'move-in' ready as they proclaim. She had beautiful items we thought would be auctionable and with an untrained eye, they were donated to charity. She received $100.43 in proceeds. Don't let them fool you.

Wynesta tried to control the decisions for my Mom, i.e. cramming things into her tiny new apartment. She has no experience in room planning. I finally had to provide my Mom's power of attorney assigning me as her advocate in order to get things accomplished.

She made it sound so easy--use color coded stickers to indicate where things would go. Hmmmm, twice, a box with family heirlooms that was marked to be taken to my Mom's new apartment was left behind. Her address book of 30 years disappeared and it was suggested that someone may have broken into her condo and stole it? Seriously?

Wynesta was very vague when asked about services. Yes, they can do that, and when it came down to it, there was a hidden cost.

They have no idea what they're doing, they are dishonest, and I kick myself for selecting them as my Mom's transitional moving service.

We fired them before all services were provided and then they tried to get paid through the closing costs of the sale of my Mom's condo. What an insult! We are honest, responsible people. Their final invoice was paid immediately with a compromised $200 reduction in the final fee.

Obviously, they were worried about their reputation as they tried to do damage control at the assisted living facility my Mom moved to. Hopefully, new residents aren't using their services.

Please don't ever let a company tell you that you can't be there when they pack and move you. Be suspicious.
