As the director of an independent living community, we find Caring Transitions of Toledo an AMAZING resource for people looking to downsize to a senior living community. The team is flexible and caring as they help plan, pack, organize, and orchestrate a move tp a new home. However, what I find most remarkable is their understanding and approach with clients who may be emotionally working through change. This is a great service and one I would highly recommend Amy and their team!

We had an excellent experience when picking up our won item. I cannot thank your group enough for the extra effort and care taken to help my father and I gather our new treasure. My wife has some major medical problems and it was necessary for us to make a move to a much smaller villa. We were fortunate enough to find Caring Transitions of Toledo who played a major role in helping us to decide what to take with us or give to family members and what to sell. We could only take about 1/3 of what we had at the time and they helped us with what to take, packing the items and then moving it to our new villa. What we liked was that they provided a menu of the services they could perform and then helped with that which we could do ourselves. They held an auction that got rid of a lot of the things we wanted to sell, which was a success. They then gave to charity the items that did not sell. We HIGHLY recommend this service for anyone who has to downsize and/or has a family member with the problem of downsizing and moving.

Amy and her team were professional, supportive, and cheerful, and everything went smoothly because of them.
