He is kind, caring and beyond competent to take care of every need. Moving stuff, selling stuff and cleaning it all out. He quickly and efficiently made our mountain of stress disappear!

When our dad passed unexpectedly in November 2023, we found ourselves having to move our mom (with dementia) across the country and put their house on the market very quickly. Justin was caring, thorough and clear in his communication with us. He put us at ease from the beginning. He worked well with our real-estate agent, and we never lost a minute of sleep over the estate sale. He even installed security cameras so that we had access to the progress from the other coast! HIGHLY recommend.

My wife and I really appreciate the exceptional service we've been provided by Justin and and his wife with both online auctions and in-person estate sales. We've particularly liked their attention to detail and personal interest in helping us.They always show their willingness to go above and beyond to get the best results for the individuals that they're working with, especially when the situation is very dynamic with a lot of logistics involved, which is such a difficult thing to do nowadays.

0 STARS. BUYER BEWARE! I hired this company to help with my parents estate after they passed. It was a very difficult and emotional time and I was hopeful this company would deliver what they promised. They failed every step of the way. The owner Justin, was rude, flippant, not empathetic and offensive. The entire process of working with this company was horrible. He failed to follow through on his contract agreement in many areas. DO NOT HIRE them. This was one of the worst experiences I have had with a company.
