Carlos Moving totally deserves more 5-star reviews! I’m very impressed by the hardworking and strong movers! They did a great job wrapping and protecting my furnitures and did their best to help us move everything. I moved from a thee-level townhouse. They were very careful moving the furnitures through the stairs and didn’t cause any damage to the wall and my furnitures! When we got to the new house, they asked me where things should go instead of placing boxes and stuff randomly. And they were so nice even helped me move stuff from my storage. The moving experience was way better than I had expected! I would definitely recommend Carlos Moving to anyone!

I have hired their services to move my package on May 12th, Wednesday. I have clearly discussed the terms that they are not going to charge if the move is with in state. They have moved in 3 hours for 399$ including 40-50 min of travel and 40$ for plaster.

After the move is done, they charged extra 100$ for travel. When i asked Carlos, he said that they charge 100$ for 25 miles which was not discussed or mentioned during our initial call.

Now already they charged 399$ including travel and extra 100$ for travel.

They are not going to listen or discuss on this. I am really disappointed with their unprofessional service just for sake of 100$.
I really don’t mind paying extra 100 bucks if they are fair. In fact i thought of paying 50$ extra for the hardwork they did.

They just gained 100$ today but they lost the values and customer relationship.

Extremely disappointed !! Will not recommend this guys to any of my friend circle. I have already posted in the group just to be aware of this service..
