So wow caryle has Nascar drivers. States trucks can't go 85 but this one was. So much for calling safety as they don't care. Good luck if you hire these people.

I just wanted to report one of your trucks driving extremely unsafe and erratically. This driver was going well over the speed limit and tailgating cars/flashing their headlights at cars for not going fast enough. He changed lanes repeatedly and swerved into cars almost causing an accident on numerous occasions. There were people taking video and Cops informed of how he was driving. This trailer appeared to be fully loaded making this even more dangerous. This happened 11/22/23 on Highway 287 North from Childress, TX until past Amarillo, TX when I got off. This is not ok, and this driver should never be driving in this manner. Trailer 1-374

Not impressed. Luckily it was a military move, so it’s not out of my pocket, but I’m making this review for those who will be considering using this company on their own dime. I attempted to file a claim for damages, the lady I spoke with was very condescending when she called me. Basically, saying the fact that it took me a little over a week to respond to a claim email, when I’m in the middle of moving my entire life across country, means that claim doesn’t seem very honest. I sent a picture of the damages about five minutes after the mover left to him. Obviously they say they didn’t do it. And when the claim lady Shelly spoke to me, she was already speaking to me before even asking me questions as if I was trying to scam the company? It was a minimal paint job, at best. And then she said “you do know we’re not giving you the money, it’d go to the damages.” OBVIOUSLY. I don’t want your money, I just don’t want to pay for damages YOUR movers caused to my rental unit. They also didn’t have actual movers, I was told they just hire random people from a Facebook page. Makes sense as to why they’re accountability is skewed, since they don’t even have accredited workers.
