Carole and Jan's Moving and Storage

They were extraordinarily nice at the beginning. But when we moved in, we immediately noticed three paintings of our were missing. We reported the day of the move, but they kept assuring us they would find them. Then they became less and less helpful. We purchased insurance as they encouraged but it only covered us BY THE WEIGHT! Since they took paintings, they weighed very little so for about $15,000 in art, they gave us $400. The art was stolen on their watch. They are responsible which they deny. I wouldn't trust them with my things again.

They just finished up and it was a complicated job. I could not have had three nicer guys. Professional, efficient and careful. They were really patient and put together whatever I needed them to. Edwin was especially good at my ever changing choices. Smart guys, and pleasant to work with. What a refreshing change from the last guys I used. These guys seem to take pride in their work and act as if they enjoy it. I've only written a couple of reviews in my life, but wanted to do this right away so I wouldn't forget. This is the first time I have moved that was a pleasant, rather than stressful experience. Thanks guys!!! So glad for the referral from my friend who has used them 6 times!

the best! professional, efficient, and very reasonably priced--they make moving into an experience with as least stress as possible as they do all the work! ......totally trustworthy and the owners are so nice to work with and give you every possible price break......I wouldn't move again without them!
